What you should know about Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo is a regionally based financial services company providing community banking in 23 states. Most sponsorship decisions are made regionally. However, if your organization or events are in multiple U.S. cities, please fill in as a national sponsorship opportunity.

The Wells Fargo brand is one of the most recognizable in the financial world. Therefore, the sponsorships selected must be compatible with our brand.

Please note: If your sponsorship is purely charitable (i.e. benefiting a 501c3 non-profit organization) and you are requesting a grant, please go to Wells Fargo Charitable Contributions.

Introducing our new online process for sponsorship proposals.

Wells Fargo is utilizing a new online sponsorship proposal submission and review process for Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, N. Dakota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, S. Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming as well as national opportunities. Sponsorship proposals for these locations will no longer be accepted by phone, fax or email.

This change makes responding to sponsorship requests more efficient for Wells Fargo and our potential partners.

The following guidelines regarding submission lead-time are for all proposals.

Submitting a marketing sponsorship proposal

  • Timeframe (regional): Please allow 30-60 days for proposal review

  • Timeframe (national): Please allow 4-6 months for review
